Continuing along the coast from Start, Florida, we decided to take a break and head to the beach! (Yep, I’m sure that’s a surprise since we LOVE our beach time!!!) 🤣

We haven’t been to Jensen Beach for many years, so since we were in the area we decided the time was right. The city has definitely built up since we were there, but it still has a lot of charm and abundant beaches along this Treasure Coast. 🏖️

Jensen Beach is north of Stuart, Florida and is situated in a beautiful area on the Atlantic. Protected by Hutchinson Island, it makes the area a great place to explore. Fun fact: Jensen Beach is the Pineapple Capital of the World! 🍍

We brought the fishing gear this time, so we went to work setting up our lines. Although it was a beautiful day, the fish weren’t really biting. Joe and Luke managed to land a bonnet head shark, a spotted crab, some blue runner, and spot tail porgi. 🦈

Taking a break from surf-fishing time, Juliana and I took a stroll along the beach. The soft sand felt amazing while we waded into the water. 🌊 Juliana also liked playing in the sand making a sand kingdom! 🏰

Jensen Beach was a great place to visit! After the beach, we stopped at a nearby produce stand to buy some yummy starfruit and a few variety of oranges to enjoy on the road. 🍊

We enjoyed this relaxing time out and rested up to plan some more places to explore! 🗺️
